By signing up for the free CRM or any paid service from Monroe Leads LLC ("Monroe Leads," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
Monroe Leads provides a CRM platform for real estate agents, including instant lead response, automated follow-up, and optional add-on automations and lead generation services.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages related to your account, including transactional messages (account setup, login help, service updates) and, separately, promotional messages (offers for paid add-ons) if you've opted into marketing communications specifically.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance at any time.
The free CRM tier is provided at no cost, with no card required, and no obligation to purchase any paid service.
Paid add-ons and lead generation services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Advertising spend for lead generation clients is separate, set by the client, and paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Google) with no markup.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable regulations, including SMS marketing regulations (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
